Somehow he looks like Marty to me.

It looks like a Canadian film I could think off (girl has accident and is brought to hospital). On the other hand, the thing in the window could be a Swiss flag and not the ambulance logo...

In the second picture Jimmy shows it looks again more like that Canadian film, in which case the lady would be well-known for her work in Adult films
