At least I stopped calling you Ross, that's got to be worth something  :-[

Of course it's worth something, won't say what though ;)

Anyway, I'm getting used to it. With the internet being mostly an english environment, most people spell it with an A, but I happen to be french, so it's an E.  :yu:

______________________________________________________________________________________

James has decided to sit for a bit and see what the book has to offer. He opens the book. Just as he does Samara pops out from behind the shower curtain! However, in a strange twist both James AND Samara vanish into thin air  :o Moments later James finds himself in The Main Hall!. He anxiously looks for any sign of Samara.... nothing. What could have happened he wonders....  :hmmmm:

What happened to James is easy enough, the book concealed the "Regression Curse" which instantaneously transports the player to the Main Hall. Sorry James. You get to start all over again. This does not explain why Samara too vanished, just as she was about to unleash her fury upon you. Hmmmm...

Status: Starting Over but Safe No action till the next round for you.

Kathy's good luck streak continues as she heads to the Attic where she finds not only safety from Samara but also finds a book. This book has yet to be opened. Kathy now has to decide if she wants to open the book and accept whatever she finds or simply ignore the book and wait for the next round to move again.

A PM has been sent to see what she wants to do. Will this be the end of her good luck streak?

Status: Safe

Eric has decided to pull the book out from between the bricks and see just what is inside. Still feeling a bit cocky from his last encounter with Samara he opens the book. *POOF* An instant after he opens the book appears right in front of him. She looks a bit shocked to be there but quickly sees her chance at revenge and smiles....

(OK - here's what happened. Eric's book contained the "Evil Incantation" curse. This curse makes Samara appear right before your eyes. Just as Samara was about to attack James he was whisked off to the Main Hall while, at the same time, Eric evoked the Evil Incantation which made Samara instantaneously go from the Bathroom to Eric's location.     Don't look at me, I just took over half way through  )

Status: No longer singing "Viva Las Vegas" he has now switched to "The Impossible Dream" as he dares Samara to give it her best shot

______________________________________________________________________________________

Samara will now have another chance to get Eric. A PM has been sent to find out how she plans to attack.

Najemikon

Didn't save any pork pie for Achim? Ha! You lot have got short memories. Tucking into a full dinner while muggins here was in the bloody basement. Perfectly safe, yes, I grant you, but not being fed! He should have brought a doggie bag.

Sniff. Don't know why you're so bothered about the pork pie anyway. There's a KFC two minutes down the road and I'm on my third drumstick. Come on in! You can have the beans. I find those little pots of beans a bit weird.  :P

Ooh, look a plate full of bones! I saw bones in the basement. I bet kids threw them in there. Can't have been that weird girl... could it?

Najemikon

Go on, Sam! Sic 'im! Kill kill kill!

Samara has attacked. Here is the question she asked Eric.

Willem Defoe played Jesus in "The Last Temptation Of Christ" (1988), but he also joined the side of evil when he portrayed which actor, famous for his role as a vampire?

Could we finally have our first Victim?  Will Eric be "All Shook Up" or will Samara continue her "Don't Be Cruel" theme? Time will tell.

(I promise - no more Elvis songs. In all fairness Touti started it in his PMs  )

Touti

Ehhhhhhhh,  if I (politely) point out that the name is Dafoe, not Defoe, will my curse be turned into a blessing that would sent Samara back into her closet ?

You think Samara will be so pleased that you've corrected her grammar that she'll grant you a blessing?  :friends:

Samara's question:

Eric's answer:

That would be "Max Schreck" who played vampire "Graf Orlock" in a 1922 German production called "Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens"

Oooo, So close Samara. If not for the readily available information on that well known movie db site you would have trashed him.

Eric will receive a Key at the end of this round. Still waiting for Kathy. With her computer issues it may be a bit.

This is true. But this is my 3rd time to be at the front door. Instead of the pizza boy, I should be the door man.  :-\

O.k., point taken about having had a full dinner while you were waiting in the basement. Are you sure you want me to have those beans though...?

I am not touching those bones.

RossRoy

Just a heads up that the mansion will be a lot safer for the next 24 hours or so (probably a little more), as the Killer will have left (not that it was all that dangerous to begin with though ). I'll be out camping for the weekend.

See you tomorrow!
