Oooook, this is another of those college games:

***DA RULEZ*** :readthis:

  • You will be given a challenge to mix two movies into one.
  • With two movie titles, you have to come up with a plot that mixes elements from both movies into a single one.
  • You can take actors and elements from the two movies to build your plot.
  • Your plotline doesn't have to be extensive. 1 to 3 lines is more than enough.
  • I'll give the first two movie titles. You will have to come up with a new title and a plot mixing the two. You will also provide two movie titles for the the next poster to write his/her plotline.
  • There are no restrictions, go as wild as you want, but keep in mind to mix elements from both movies.
  • Try not to give out obscure film titles, so everybody can join.

Example:
Mix THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER + BREAKIN'

RED OCTOBER II: ELECTRIC BUGALOO
Adolfo 'Shabba Doo' Quinones stars as Jack Ryan, who must convince Sean Connery not to defect the ex-Soviet Union through the art of break dancing.

OR

Mix RESERVOIR DOGS + SHINE

SHINEDOG
Mr. Pink (Tim Roth) desperately wants to become a world-class pianist. Unfortunately, his gangster buddies Mr. White, Mr. Brown, Mr. Blonde, and Mr. Blue all disagree with his decision, arguing that music can't replace diamond heists. It's up to Mr. Orange (Michael Madsen) to fight for Mr. Pink's dreams, even if he has to cut some music teachers' ears along the way.

(Note: In the original game we were able to to vote for the best plotlines for each 5 of them and award points, but I think it would be a bit complicated within the forum structure. If any of you have some idea of how we can do this, chime in!)

Okay, the first challenge is...

Mix THE EXORCIST + STEEL MAGNOLIAS
