It's from The Killing Shrews a not so good movie made in the sixties. The FX are quite cheap and they use disguised dogs to play the shrews. At least this film is good for some good laugh

Only Eric and Sebastien had a chance to know her... She's a girl who does some little animation job here on TV (but not enough). She has hosted the french canadian version of Call-TV with 2 others girls in the beginning (stupid show for stupid people but fun to watch).
