Please check Time Zone
« on: January 13, 2009, 05:16:03 PM »
Hi,

the board is now running on a german server, which means you have to correct your time zone offset here.

The german time zone is GMT+1, which means the offset for Taipei is 7, for London it's -1, for New York -6, Los Angeles -9, Honolulu -11.

You'll have to access the profile link thru Profile->Look and Layout Preferences. The link given will give a permission denied problem as it goes to edit Karsten's profile  ;)

Sorry, I thought it was a generic link that would lead to one's own profile ;)

PS: I just had to remove the user ID.

Thanks for the heads up!

When I did that yesterday there was a button to determine the offset automatically, too.

Saw that too.. but it just gave me "NaN". I don't think "NaN" is a valid offset
