Peteathon

I have decided to start a marathon of films I bought based on Pete's recommendations (thank you!).  :tv: The first movie I'm going to watch will be Tremors, a film I have never seen.

It certainly made me nervous!  A "Peteathon"? Sounds like that strange night back in '96... oh! I said that out loud? :-X  :tease:

Anyway, Tremors is hands down the best post-modern B-movie horror. Slither is good, Tremors is bloody fried gold!

"Hey, Earl! I got the ass-end!"

Actually what I am nervous about is her not liking something that I recommended.  :slaphead:

So far so good. I've watched Tremors and Misery and liked them both.

I was going to watch Stephen King's The Stand but it's too long; I'll be too tired to watch that film after Monday Night Football. I think I might watch Rose Red next; I picked up the 2-Disc Deluxe Edition for $5 ;D recently. Yet another movie I haven't seen.

I was going through my "Pete's List" of movies and noticed that they are listed in DVDP as Stephen King's...
Think of the fun invelos would have: Should it be Stephen King's Rose Red? or should it just be Rose Red?

glad you are enjoying them so far... Rose Red is one of my favorites... but that is also a long one (don't think as long as The Stand though)... but it is also a miniseries.

If you like Rose Red you should check out the prequel that came out for it... Diary of Ellen Rimbauer. :)

Should I pick this one up and watch it first?

no real need to... I saw them as they came out and enjoyed them that way... and even when I watch both on DVD I still watch Rose Red first. so,,, up to you... but I don't see a need for it.
