I am having a hard time deciding what type of movie marathon to have this coming weekend and thought I would ask some opinions.

Unwatched DVDs:
With this one I can watch any DVD I owned as long as I haven't watched the DVD before. Note that I could have seen the movie before... but never on DVD.

Pro:
- No reviews for these movies has been done by me before
- Could find some new favorite movies
- Well over 100 movies to choose from

Con:
- Could (probably will) find some pretty terrible movies

Sandra Bullock Marathon:
Watch anything I want as long as the lovely Sandra Bullock is in it.

Pro:
- Love her!

Con:
- Already pretty much reviewed everything I have with her in it.
- Recently watched a few of her movies

Lovely Ladies Marathon:
Watch movies that have women that I find extra attractive.

Pro:
- Seeing all those lovely ladies
- Opens up to a lot of possibilities

Con:
- Objectifies women
- More then likely these would have been watched by me since this site... so no new reviews

Freddy Krueger Marathon:
Watch all 8 (including Freddy vs. Jason) movies with Freddy Krueger.

Pro:
- I been in the mood to watch these again

Con:
- Already reviewed all the movies
- limiting marathon if my mood changes

Disaster Movies:
Whether natural disaster or man made... they could be picked.

Pro:
- Several choices

Con:
- These movies can get pretty long... which could make me loose interest shortly into the marathon

There is Life Out There:
Aliens! Whether we go to them... or they come to us... it is all fair game

Pro:
- A nice selection to choose from
- Several I never reviewed before
- Haven't watched any in a long time

Con:
- While I do enjoy these from time to time... not my favorite genre/sub-genre

I pretty much prefer reading new reviews so the Sandra Bullock one and the other one of Lovely Ladies might not be of too much interest to me.  After all, how many times can you review Miss Congeniality?  Maybe if y ou had a couple movies of hers you hadn't reviewed yet?  Since I do prefer new reviews, "Unwatched Movies" gets my vote.  Clap

I thought the option "There is life out there" meant "do something other than watch movies dammit!"  Laugh

In any case, my vote is for "Unwatched" because I like to read reviews of new stuff!

I am thinking I will be starting my marathon early this week. More in the mood for movies then TV right now... but will try to hold off at least until tomorrow. So I went ahead and closed out the poll so that I could set up my thread in the marathon review section... to give people a chance to request reviews if they would like.
